FBA prep question: my product has 2 barcodes, which one do I cover with the FNSKU?

Hello everybody,
I get able to prep an FBA cargo, however I’m a bit of confused. My product has two completely different barcodes on it, and I’m not certain which one I’m alleged to cowl with the FNSKU label.

Do I have to cowl each barcodes, or simply one among them? I don’t want Amazon to scan the flawed code and trigger a difficulty.

I’d actually admire any steering. Thanks prematurely.
