Hey, wished to share one thing that type of modified how I work. I'm a solo founder so my complete day is mainly writing. Emails, product docs, Slack, help replies, AI prompts. Simply fixed writing from morning to nighttime. Final month I hit a wall. I used to be attending to 6pm fully drained and my activity record pondering I had barely performed something. Tracked my time for every week and realized I used to be spending like 2.5 hours a day simply typing. Not precise work. Simply typing. Somebody in a Slack group talked about they'd switched to dictating every little thing. I believed it was type of a bizarre factor to do however tried it anyway. First week felt somewhat unusual, stored stopping mid sentence. Second week began to really feel regular. By week three my output had genuinely doubled. I now simply discuss. Emails whereas strolling round my condominium, Slack messages between calls, full docs in a single sitting with out burning out. My mind doesn't really feel fried on the finish of the day anymore and that actually shocked me probably the most. Not making an attempt to promote something right here, simply sharing as a result of it truly made an actual distinction.
